Dropping calls is a common skype problem

Skype receives praise from people who use it all the time. These are the people who communicate with family, friends or even business clients and partners who are not in the same country or state or even county with them. It is popular amongst people who communicate in an international level. I have no issue with skype, maybe because I do not use it at all. Though I know a few people who are not satisfied with the services that skype has to offer. They have even mentioned that skype has several major problems that have cost them a lot. Skype problems like dropping calls nearly cost a friend of mine a business deal and also a very important client. What happened was that he was communicating with the client via skype to settle some issues and that was the most preferable communication mode of that client. In the midst of the negotiation that was shaky, a call was dropped and the client was not happy about it. It took him a while before he would convince the client that he was reliable and not like skype he thought.
