Motivating Workers with the help of their Benefits

Every employee would want to have incentive bonuses, either through material things or on simple benefits. I guess this should be a necessity for all employees working in any kind of institution. Each worker should get the basic benefits they need as part of their incentive pay. Although each institution has their own styles on giving recognitions to their employees, it is still best that they continue in patronizing the services rendered to them by their workers. Some companies would even give unemployment benefits just to pay their employees. However, are unemployment benefits means tested? Sometimes, this is the least prioritized benefit given to workers because it seems to be useless. How can they still be given unemployment benefits when they have already enjoyed their benefits while they are still working? I think this will only do well to those who have served institutions for years compared to those who stayed with them for just quite some time. Whatever styles of benefits institutions give to their employees, they should continue doing so, so that they will be more inspired in working.
