My grandmother asked me to stay with her for a few days since I am on vacation. She is living alone and she needs company, especially these days, when her health is a bit unwell. It’s already my second day in her elegant house and I am enjoying my stay here. Probably because of old age, my grandmother is kind of uncaring when it comes to her household equipments. I noticed that the satellite receiver she’s using is too huge and it’s already becoming an obstruction in the backyard. I do not know if this is still working for I never seen her watching the television. I intend to check it later and I will suggest utilization of satellite box since this is smaller, yet more effective in receiving signals. Maybe I have to explain it to her in a manner that she can easily understand. I think she’ll enjoy watching the television and she needs to be entertained these days to take away her anxieties about her health condition even just for a while. |

Skype receives praise from people who use it all the time. These are the people who communicate with family, friends or even business clients and partners who are not in the same country or state or even county with them. It is popular amongst people who communicate in an international level. I have no issue with skype, maybe because I do not use it at all. Though I know a few people who are not satisfied with the services that skype has to offer. They have even mentioned that skype has several major problems that have cost them a lot. Skype problems like dropping calls nearly cost a friend of mine a business deal and also a very important client. What happened was that he was communicating with the client via skype to settle some issues and that was the most preferable communication mode of that client. In the midst of the negotiation that was shaky, a call was dropped and the client was not happy about it. It took him a while before he would convince the client that he was reliable and not like skype he thought. |

This is one thing which has caused problems all over the state, because they cannot seem to find the help that they are looking for no matter how hard they try. There is however a company which has come up with a temporary solution which is better off compared to the normal communication problems that people have when they contact customer care. The blackberry 8520 helpline is now available, and when you call the number and the user from the other side is busy, you are free to listen to the answers they give to their most frequently asked questions instead of the ring tone that normally comes when the line is busy, who knows? You may even get the answer you were looking for among those frequently asked and get your solution immediately. This may not be a solution, but it is better than the other help lines which have nothing to offer aside from the user busy tone. |

Conmen are one of the wittiest thieves in the world. They do not use force to steal from people but they use wit. They just deceive people a lot and they are very patient. Even if it does not work the first time they do it again and again to condition the mind to believe that what they are being told is true and after a while their conning starts getting money in. There are those who have even impersonated bank personnel so that they can be able to get the money of the clients. They lie to the clients of the bank that they need to change their information of the bank and t hey needed to do it over the phone. That does not even sound legit at all and what they should do is to confirm with the bank if they really need them to do that. The service provider should be the most important person to a consumer after they have started using their services. With so many service providing companies providing the same services, providers are competing for customers and in order to get more customers and to retain what they already have, these providers have resulted to excellent customer support services especially after purchase. In case I was using Skype for instance and I was experiencing a problem with playback device skype, I should not waste so much time or money looking for a technician to help me fix the problem. The Skype customer support is the best solution, because they know more about the problem and they will fix it as soon as I have reported the matter to them. Their contacts are readily available in their website page, and one can also reach them through the contact page, which is more convenient. We like giving ourselves duties that do not belong to us, this has in one way or the other led to us spending more than we could have when we give the job to the right person. Imagine a case where your telephone has been giving you problems because it can receive calls but it cannot make calls, how do you handle such a case? Instead of letting the job be done by the right person who is qualified for this kind of work, we give ourselves the trouble of working on the telephone problem ourselves and we make it worse than it was before. When we realize that there is nothing we can do to change the situation, which is when we decide to call a repairer to look at the problem. The repairer looks at it and informs us that the only problem was the wiring but we interfered with the whole thing thus making the matter worse. Don’t try and work on what you do not know to avoid spending more money than you ought to when calling for a repairer. |

Communication is a very important thing, be it verbal or non verbal. The reason being communication is the one thins that brings people together. Due to communication, one can be bale to relay and receive a message, communication is very instrumental in the solving of conflicts in many arenas. People are able to express what they feel in ways that do not require spoken word at all. If someone is happy they can smile or even laugh, if someone is sad, then they can cry, frown or even sneer. There is another way of communicating that does not need talking or even the expression of emotions but they require one to have internet and a computer. A good example of this type of communication is yahoo. I want to replace my lost cellular phone that’s why even though I hated shopping, I have taken the morning off just to buy one. What I am not prepared for is the numerous models and brands of touch screen smartphones I am totally confused as to which is the best one. The more I talk to the salesperson, the more undecided I become phone shopping is really not my thing. Only now do I realize that for the many years that I have been using cellular phones, this is the first time that I am buying on my own. Usually it is my sister or my assistant who buys for me I just tell them the things that I need and they are the ones who choose for me. I am not very particular about my phone for as long as it has touch screen technology, I am totally fine with it. However, it is much easier to not be concerned about style and aesthetics if I don’t have several items to choose from. |

The new job that I had landed required me to have a hotmail email account. This was because that was the email they used to send job assignments, updates or changes. In short that was the email that was specifically the job email. So my other emails at that time were irrelevant. So what I needed to do was search for the hotmail page on the website and register for a hotmail email address. I did so and successfully created an email address. By doing this, I got my hotmail signin user name and password. I tried my new hotmail email account and on the sign up page, I inserted the hotmail signin user name and password an immediately the pc asked if I wanted the user name and password to be remembered. This was tricky because my other email address was so, so I decided to use a different web browser with my hotmail account so that I would not have to keep on log in and out from one email to the next. So I use internet explorer for my other email and safari web browser for my hotmail account, by doing this I would always be logged in in both emails. |
